Coldplay—A Sky Full of Stars
Creating spaces for performance and content to live together

Christopher Davenport worked with Matt Clark at Artisan for this Promo for Coldplay's Sky Full of Stars. Laser batons were used to define a space, illuminating the darkness. Architectural lighting, glaciators and industrial projectors were used to create an interactive canvas through which Chris Martin could extend a performance of the track, with BlackTrax infrared tracking logging his movements in the space. 3D POV trompe-l'œil techniques were used to turn the 2D canvas into a 3D space to close out the track.
